Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is preparing to place Bangkok firmly in the international culinary spotlight with the return of the World Gourmet Festival 2026. Running from September 29 through October 4, the six-day celebration will bring celebrated chefs, rising culinary talents, and distinctive dining experiences together under the theme “The World of Flavors.”

Now entering its 26th edition, the festival promises chef-led dinners, exclusive one-night collaborations, and experiences showcasing different culinary traditions and techniques. Bangkok’s acclaimed restaurant scene will also have a strong presence. Chef Dylan Jones and Chef Bo Songvisava of Bo.Lan join Chef Chalee Kader of Wana Yook and chefs Pilaipon Kamnag and Piyachart Puttawong of Saneh Jaan.
Global Flavors Meet in One Kitchen
Further international names include Chef Georgiana Viou, whose cooking draws on French and West African influences, Chef Álvaro Clavijo of Colombia’s El Chato, and Chef Vuong Thanh Vo of CoCo Dining in Vietnam.
They will be joined by chefs Clément Niel, Alessandro Frau, Antoine Darquin, Ferran Tadeo, Paul Gamauf of Anantara Palace Hansen Vienna, and Heros De Agostinis of Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome. South Korean pastry chef Eunjung Cho of Honeybee Seoul adds another dimension to the festival’s extensive program.
