The building will feature a self-shading façade with high-performance glazing to reduce solar heat gain, internal blinds for cooling efficiency, and sustainable materials like low-carbon concrete and recycled steel. Every suite will include its own private terrace and garden, while outdoor restaurants will provide shaded canopies for comfort.
A dedicated construction waste management plan ensures that at least 75% of site waste will be diverted from landfills, with onsite segregation and recycling protocols firmly in place.
