Tsu Japanese Restaurant A Harbor of Flavor
The name Tsu, meaning “harbor,” inspired a design concept rooted in coastal living. Traditional Japanese rooftops, soft lighting, and natural materials such as wood and stone give the restaurant a warm, calming aesthetic. Artificial bonsai trees further emphasize serenity, while every detail captures the spirit of a seaside community. Chef Atsushi Yoshida has introduced a refined à la carte menu featuring Hamachi with wasabi and sesame, Seared Wagyu beef with yuzu ponzu, Saga A5 beef sushi topped with sea urchin, and a luxurious Foie Gras-wrapped A5 Wagyu roll. Guests also enjoy signature favorites such as the Assorted Sashimi Rice Bowl, Salmon Sushi Roll with Spicy Mayo, and Tiger Prawn and Chicken in Cracker Batter.
Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse the Spirit of the Wave
Nami, translating to “wave,” celebrates fluidity and elegance both in design and on the plate. Fabrics are draped to resemble flowing water, enhanced by striking azure lighting. A central Sake Bar connects Nami with Tsu, highlighted by wave-inspired lamps and the Japanese kanji for “Nami.” Guests enjoy the artistry of live teppanyaki as chefs prepare premium selections such as Boston lobster, A5 Miyazaki beef sirloin, Australian Wagyu tenderloin, tiger prawns, and Hokkaido scallops. Popular dishes like smoked duck salad and cold udon noodles with truffle sauce showcase a balance of Japanese tradition with modern innovation.
